One of the most enjoyable areas of commercial real estate is the opportunity of working with municipalities.  Municipalities retain Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors for everything from land assemblage, property pricing, property acquisition and disposition, land use valuation to impact studies.  We understand the reporting that a municipality requires and are flexible in structuring a compensation package that meets the short-term and long-term goals of the client.

We currently have over 60,000 square feet under contract on behalf of municipalities.  We have valued the impact of a balefill site, peaker power plant installation, Starbuck's drive-thru, zoning changes, and land assemblages.  We work very well with Village attorneys, land planners and other consultants.
